These terms apply when you buy from Epicures at epicures.in. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Shipping and Delivery, Returns and Refunds and Privacy pages.

Products and prices
All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. The price shown when you place the order is the price you pay. Product photographs are for illustration. The ingredient list, allergen information and net quantity printed on the pack are the final word about the product. Our bars may contain or come into contact with nuts, milk and soy. If you have an allergy, read the pack before eating.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it to you by call or message. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your pincode, if the details look wrong, or if we suspect misuse. If we cancel an order we will tell you, and since you have not paid, you owe nothing.
Payment: cash on delivery only
We currently accept cash on delivery only. You pay the order total to the delivery person when the parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. If an order is repeatedly refused at the door without a reason, we may stop accepting cash on delivery orders from that address or number.
Delivery
Returns, replacements and refunds
See Returns and Refunds. Chocolate is a perishable food item, so opened or used products cannot be returned for change of mind.
Your responsibilities
Give us correct delivery details and a phone number on which you can be reached. Store the chocolate as described on the pack.
Intellectual property
The Epicures name, logo, text, photographs and design of this site belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Limit of liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
